chai spice blend
This spice blend offers delightful possibilities. Steep it in tea. Sprinkle it on toast or oatmeal. Fold it into softened butter and spread it on a muffin. Stir it into sugar and sprinkle it on your favorite sugar cookie just before baking. Add a teaspoon to vinaigrette to spice up salads with fresh greens and seasonal fruits. |

2 packets tsp spices ground cinnamon
2 packets tsp spices ground cardamom
2 packets tsp spices ground cloves
1 packet tsp spices ground ginger
1 packet tsp spices ground coriander
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/8 tsp salt |

| Mix together in small bowl. Use a sprinkle, a teaspoon, or however much you want. And feel free to adjust the ingredients and proportions. Don’t care for coriander? Drop it. Love ginger? Use an extra packet. Create your own favorite chai. |
